Business Analyst

Client Location: Vancouver or Victoria
Start date: ASAP
Term: 12 month contract


OVERVIEW/REQUIRED SKILLS Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on their the Website Platform Project. The scope of this project is to modularize their ecommerce platform into Cloud microservices. Technical and Leadership Skills:

    • Strong Stakeholder Management (focus on Marketing and Communication Teams)
      • Communication with Non-Technical Stakeholders
      • Collaboration Across Teams

    • Technical Awareness

      • API Knowledge

    • Strong Process Mapping and Workflow Design
    • SAFe knowledge
    • Documentation and Communication
      • Clear and Concise Documentation
      • Cross-Team Communication

Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
    • High level of self-motivation and initiative;
    • Ability to work well under pressure;
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
